While every effort will be made to quality control GlassArt products, it is advised that product checks should be carried out before installation.
Please Check for:
v Colour is right
v Multiple panels match
o Colours match, particularly metallic’s
v Sizes are within tolerences
v Paint Defects
Should any of the above be present, do not install. Notify GlassArt immediately. We will remedy the issue ASAP.
We advise using transparent neutral cure silicone only, such as Bostik V60 for fixing to the wall.
After installation GlassArt products sold under the Supply Only Policy are only covered by our Limited Warranty:
v Paint delaminating
v Colour variation
v Colour fading
v Paint Deterioration Caused by:
Corrosion origination from the substrate
Accidents, vandalism, scratches, chips etc due to normal wear and tear
Acid rain, chemical fallout or other acts of nature
Excessive prolonged heat from a gas cooking appliance
Colour fading up to 25% difference in shade
v Costs involved in the removal and re-installation of installed products supplied as Supply Only
